Identify and research target accounts aligned with Bilvantis service portfolio. Conduct industry and competitor research to build and refine prospect databases. Generate leads through outbound emails, cold calling, and social platforms like LinkedIn. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. Client Outreach & Proposal Support. Support senior team members in preparing client-facing communication, decks, and proposals. Participate in early-stage client interactions and note key business needs. Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for solution alignment. Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for ongoing opportunities. Sales Operations Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date lead, account, and activity information. Prepare MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track key sales metrics. Ensure visibility into outreach performance and help improve reporting accuracy. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows.
