Key Responsibilities: Advise and support senior management on corporate secretarial, Board, Shareholder, and regulatory matters. Ensure compliance with HR, food safety, and trade regulations. Uphold best practices in corporate governance, ethics, integrity, and compliance. Provide timely guidance to stakeholders by interpreting regulatory and legislative requirements. Prerequisites: Experience in a fast-paced, complex/matrixed organization. Strong relationship-building skills to be a trusted business partner across functions. Experience in change management, process simplification, or technology-driven automation. Ability to conduct independent research and provide actionable recommendations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong decision-making skills in a dynamic environment. Prior experience managing compliance in a retail or food setup is preferred.
