As a Campus Recruitment Lead , you will drive university and early-career hiring efforts, building strong relationships with academic institutions and attracting top emerging talent. You will develop and execute strategic campus recruitment initiatives, enhancing the company's employer brand among students and recent graduates Responsibilities (not limited to): Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs. working on forecasting of recruitment for fresher our various offices. Should take care of the campus branding process. Making sure maximum number of campus hires are delivered. creating or using technology-based help in order to efficient work and to reduce the workload. Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns. Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks. Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation. Hosting and attending college career days and conferences. Eligibility - 5+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting and be well-acquainted with the latest tools and technologies used for candidate assessment. Strong network of colleges across India, especially in the North and West region. Recent 3+ years of experience hiring graduates for International Voice Process and ITES.
