CLO Modelling AnalystFinacPlus provides virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which is leading provider of data, insights, and technology solutions to the structured finance, banking markets and company is based in U.S.ARESPONSIBILITIES• Waterfall Modelling of Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO) deals.• Capturing key data points from legal documents (Indenture, Offering Circular) of CLO transactions.• Running cashflows to assess/validate CLO deal models.• Performing back testing on deals and review/fix modelling issues.• Ability to run SQL queries (AWS), performing data analysis and providing output to users.• Performing QA and develop data analytics to trace errors, do data clean up and track changes on data and confirm the accuracy of data. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE• 2 or above years of experience in CLO modelling. Strong preference towards candidates with greater experience.• Good knowledge of CLO/CDO deals’ lifecycle.• Understanding of legal deal documents like Prospectus, Indenture, etc.• Cashflow Modelling/Reporting of Structured Finance Deals.• Experience with financial analysis of structured products, including cash flow modelling and stress testing.• Advanced Excel Skills like Pivot Tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc.,LOCATION: Work from HomeTIMINGS: 2: 00 PM to 11: 00 PM ISTSALARY RANGE: Best in Industry
