We are confident our commitment to excellence will lead us and our customers to success.Core Job ResponsibilitiesCRM Management & Workflow AutomationHands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage customer data, automation, and workflows.Configure, customize and maintain CRM platforms to align with business processes.Develop automated workflows, notifications, and rules to streamline sales and marketing processes.Designed and managed dashboards and reports for teams to track performance and customer engagement.Marketing & Sales AnalyticsExpert in Looker Studio, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.Set up event tracking, in-page analytics, and lead tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.Sales Enablement & Outreach OptimizationDevelop and implement sales enablement processes, tools, and automation to drive efficiency.Create and manage targeted outreach sequences to engage leads effectively.Improve sales productivity through CRM integrations, automation, and training.Create and manage granular reporting and dashboards for sales activities.Customer Database & SegmentationMaintain clean, structured, and well-segmented customer databases for targeted outreach.Implement data governance standards to ensure CRM data integrity and usability.Optimize customer engagement through hyper-personalized segmentation strategies.What Makes You a Better Fit?Effective Communication: This is a US customer-facing role, and exceptional spoken and written English is necessary.Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies.Accountability: Be entirely responsible for the customer and internal deliverables and proactively manage and deliver your milestones and tasks.Adaptability: The ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments is crucial.Problem-Solving & Proactivity: You should have a keen analytical mindset and be able to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.Empathy & Customer Focus: Understanding internal and external customer needs is key to optimizing revenue operations.Attention to Detail & Time Management: Strong organizational skills are expected to manage multiple priorities effectively.Growth Mindset & Learning: We value candidates eager to learn, innovate, and grow with us. Technical ExpertiseCRM & Workflow Automation: Tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc. Analytics & Reporting: Looker Studio, GA4 (setup leads, in-page analytics, and events), Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity. Ad Tools: Basic understanding of ad platforms, such as Google ads and Meta ads. Skillset Over EducationA four-year degree is not always the most accurate measure of an individual's qualifications.
