Position Overview:As a Visual and Communication Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs across various collaterals, supervising graphic outputs, and managing art direction and food styling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, and other design software, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Maintain and enhance brand design elements and aesthetics across all collaterals. Create new design materials based on provided briefs, including posters, newsletters, invites, social media posts, book designs, and corporate giveaways.Supervision: Oversee the graphic output from other team members, ensuring alignment with brand communications for both internal and external audiences.Develop design mock-ups using Figma or Illustrator. Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.Art Direction and Production Design: Lead propping and set design for all team shoots. Coordinate costume management and maintain records of shoot expenses and purchased assets.Food Styling: Oversee propping and frame layout for food photography used on the website and Instagram. Supervise the post-shoot editing process to ensure high-quality visual results.Presentations: Design and manage brand communications presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and other design software.Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and guiding a team.Self-motivated, driven, and able to plan and deliver projects within deadlines.Excellent teamwork skills with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and new ideas.
