Our commitment to quality and customization has positioned us as a trusted provider in the food industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in (Naigaon) Vasai. 1. Ensuring existing SOP which are set is monitored diligently. 2. Review of Data of all the forms made by online QC & supervisors on a day-to-day basis.3. Production planning.4. Food Safety & Hygiene Practices Training to be conducted weekly.5. Ensuring Batch Traceability by checking documents of relevant departments.6. Conducting Internal Audit.7. Vendor Quality Compliance – Ensuring raw materials from suppliers meet quality and safety standards.8. Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring adherence to FSSAI and other food safety regulations.9. Shelf-life Study & Product Stability – Monitoring the shelf-life and storage conditions of bakery products.10. Calibration of QC Equipment – Ensuring timely calibration of measuring instruments and QC equipment.11. Customer Complaint Analysis – Investigating complaints and taking corrective action. To review sensory of clients everyday & take corrective action with the team if required. CAPA report generation whenever necessary.12. Process Improvement Initiatives – Identifying and implementing quality improvement measures.Job location: Naigoan, Mumbai.Salary: As per experience. Job experience: 5-10 years. QualificationsExperience in developing and implementing quality management systems and conducting product inspectionsKnowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principlesExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong leadership and training skillsAbility to work on-site in VasaiBachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related fieldPrevious experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must.
