The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs. The TA Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify staffing needs and successfully recruit for open positions across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, provide recruitment updates, and advise on market trends.Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all candidate interactions.Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Monitor staffing metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company as an employer of choice.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.Preferred Skills:Experience in tech and non-tech hiringStrong communication and Data Management Experience
