Be an effective member of the organisation and facilitate business, strategize and bring innovation in the legal functioning and development, successfully improvising from time to time.The successful candidate has to proficient in drafting all corporate secretarial documents. If the candidate possesses excellent drafting and negotiating capabilities, then it is an added advantage. Should be able to draft documents and business documents such as vendor/ customer contracts, other letters and review them.
