The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning for an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand.Key Responsibilities: Complete Accounting & Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and manage ledgers. Taxation & Compliance : Ensure timely filing ofGST, TDS, and Income Taxreturns and compliance with financial regulations. E-Commerce Financial Management : Handle payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting for platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and brand websites. Inventory & Cost Management : Track inventory costs, optimize cost structures, and manage vendor payments. MIS & Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop financial forecasts, analyze trends, and assist in strategic decision-making. Payment Gateway & Bank Reconciliation : Manage transactions via Razorpay, PayU, and UPI gateways, ensuring accurate reconciliations. Expense & Profitability Analysis : Monitor cash flow, control expenses, and ensure profitability. Audit & Compliance : Support internal and external audits, statutory filings, and financial due diligence.Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)with 4+ years of experience in a D2C/e-commerce setup. Strong knowledge ofaccounting softwarelike Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP. Expertise inGST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance . Experience handling financial transactions forD2C/e-commerce brands . Proficiency inbanking, payment gateways, and reconciliation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in afast-paced, high-growthenvironment.
