Our Bank and Vogue Services Division serves as our innovation hub, dedicated to forging strategic partnerships that maximize the potential of used clothing, drive circular fashion solutions, and facilitate lasting change within the industry.The Position:Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with international partners engaged in the buying and selling of various reusable goods. These goods may include items such as shoes, mixed rags, credential clothing, books, and toys. We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the wholesale textile industry, complemented by strong industry expertise, exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:- Engage, nurture, and convert inbound customer and vendor leads into regular accounts, which will be managed by our team of professional and experienced account managers. - Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential customers and vendors within assigned market(s). - Clearly communicate Bank and Vogue’s unique value proposition to prospective customers and vendors. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and information within the SuiteCRM system. - Represent Bank and Vogue Ltd at industry conferences as needed and provide management and support for the team of Graders. - Consistently achieve individual monthly performance targets. - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bank and Vogue Ltd’s products and services. - Exhibit a professional and engaging demeanor in interactions with potential customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Travel as necessary to meet and engage with prospective customers and suppliers.What you’ll offer- Fluent in English, with fluency in Hindi considered a valuable asset. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation abilities. - Positive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on customer service. - Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving sales targets. - Proficient in leveraging social media platforms, including LinkedIn, for professional networking. - Competent in utilizing IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive efficiently. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Willing and able to travel, collaborating effectively within a global team environment. - Demonstrates strong self-motivation, resilience, and tenacity, suitable for a full-time role.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
