As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their catering needs, and ensuring exceptional service. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Requirement Gathering & Consultation – Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to offer tailored catering solutions.Customer Satisfaction & Retention – Handle feedback, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.Upselling & Business Growth – Identify opportunities for additional services and encourage repeat business.Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records and provide insights for service improvement. Required SkillsFluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).0-1 years of experience is required.
