We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our Design & Build team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for corporate interior fit-out projects. The role requires expertise in MEP design, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and site supervision to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: MEP Design & Planning: Develop and review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs in alignment with project requirements. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers to integrate MEP solutions seamlessly within the overall design. Vendor & Contractor Management: Evaluate and coordinate with MEP vendors and contractors for design feasibility, cost estimation, and execution. Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee MEP installations at project sites, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs and installations comply with local codes, regulations, and best industry practices. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in preparing cost estimates, value engineering, and optimizing MEP solutions for cost efficiency. Troubleshooting & Testing: Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP services before project handover. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of design approvals, project progress, and MEP-related reports for stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. 2-4 years of experience in MEP design and execution, preferably in corporate interior projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, fire protection, lighting, electrical load calculations, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with IS codes, NBC, and other relevant MEP standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. Understanding of sustainable MEP solutions and energy-efficient systems. Hands-on experience in site execution and project management.
