We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Category Manager to lead our growth across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, and more. What You’ll Do : ✅ Marketplace Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale the brand across multiple online platforms. ✅ Sales & Revenue Management: Own the sales performance of the skincare category, ensuring revenue targets are met. ✅ Listing & Optimization: Oversee product listings, A+ content, SEO, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion. ✅ Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns, including platform-specific discounts and ads. ✅ Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure stock availability and manage demand forecasting in collaboration with the operations team. ✅ Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, pricing shifts, and competitive activities to refine our positioning. ✅ Collaboration with Platforms: Build strong relationships with category managers at Amazon, Nykaa, etc., to secure premium placements and visibility. What We’re Looking For : 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce category management, preferably in skincare, beauty, or personal care. Strong understanding of Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Purplle backend operations, including advertising, keyword optimization, and sales strategy. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, pricing, and ROI analysis.
