Shiv Nadar School is seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our central team as Senior Manager - Creative and Communication. This role will work across all our campuses, collaborating closely with various departments to develop, implement, and manage content and messaging strategies that align with the school's vision, mission, and values. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a skilled communicator, and a team player who can produce compelling content for both digital and traditional channels while ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that reflect the school's ethos and connect with a wide audience, including students, parents, faculty, and prospective families. Create engaging, informative, and on-brand content for a variety of platforms including social media, website, newsletters, brochures, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure content is aligned with ongoing initiatives and long-term objectives. Plan and develop creative content, brochures, newsletters to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all platforms Lead a team of communication and graphic design professionals Messaging Development: Craft clear and compelling messages that support the school's narrative and drive engagement across multiple channels. Tailor messaging to various stakeholder groups, ensuring relevance and resonance with different audiences. Ensure all messaging is consistent, on-brand, and in line with Shiv Nadar School's values and objectives. Creative Leadership: Lead creative brainstorming sessions for content ideas that elevate the school’s brand and engage the community. Collaborate with and lead graphic designers professionals to produce multimedia content that enhances storytelling. Work with internal stakeholders across campuses to maintain content flow and messaging consistency. Cross-Campus Collaboration: Coordinate and work closely with teams across different campuses to gather insights and ensure alignment with central messaging efforts. Provide guidance and support to campus teams on content creation, social media strategies, and event communication. Collect feedback from campus teams to continuously improve the content strategy and align with the school's needs and audience preferences. Content & Performance Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of content across all channels and adjust strategies based on performance analytics. Track key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, click-through rates) to optimize content development and ensure goals are being met. Project Management: Manage multiple content creation projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with key school initiatives. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient content production and distribution across channels. Brand Awareness & Advocacy: Ensure all content and messaging reflect Shiv Nadar School's brand identity and values, consistently promoting the school’s unique culture, academic excellence, and innovation. Serve as an ambassador for the school's voice, promoting positive storytelling that strengthens the school's reputation both internally and externally. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in content creation, messaging strategy, and creative communication, preferably within an educational institution or similar sector. Proven experience in leading content teams and developing multi-channel content strategies. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an exceptional attention to detail. Excellent understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content management platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging messages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with design softwares (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Firefly, Mid Journey etc.) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and campuses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs.
