Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee grievances, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with management to align HR practices with the company's objectives. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Proficiency in HR software and tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus Preferrence Candidates from Hyderabad are preferred Candidates having experience to handle resources of all age groups is preferred Candidates having experience in Talent Management and Shop Floor Technician Management is an added advantage Candidates with minimum 10-15 Years experience is preferred
