Work Location/ Timings: It is 3 days onsite job at Orbit 2nd Floor , Knowledge city ,Raidurg , Hyderabad • Working hours: 2.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST - you can start later to this time and continue more after 10.30 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Architect with expertise in Tableau and Looker to lead our data visualization and analytics strategy. This role will focus on designing scalable BI solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling self-service analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ✅ BI Architecture & Strategy Design and implement scalable BI architecture using Tableau and Looker. Develop best practices for data modeling, dashboarding, and report optimization . Ensure alignment with business objectives and data governance policies. ✅ Data Visualization & Reporting Build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Looker. Optimize performance and usability of BI solutions. Implement self-service BI capabilities for non-technical users. ✅ Data Integration & ETL Work with data engineers to ensure seamless data ingestion from multiple sources (SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.). Design and maintain semantic layers, data marts, and federated queries in Looker. Develop and maintain LookML models and Tableau data extracts . ✅ Performance Optimization & Governance Implement governance standards, role-based access, and data security . Optimize query performance and improve dashboard responsiveness . Define KPIs and data definitions for enterprise-wide reporting. ✅ Collaboration & Leadership Act as a bridge between business teams and data engineering teams . Provide guidance on BI best practices, scalability, and maintainability . Conduct training and enablement sessions for business users. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise 5+ years of experience in BI development and architecture. Strong proficiency in Tableau (Tableau Server/Cloud) and Looker (LookML, Explore Layer, Dashboarding) . Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes . Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud (BigQuery), AWS (Redshift), or Snowflake . Experience optimizing dashboard performance, caching, and query tuning . Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to lead BI projects and mentor junior team members. Preferred Qualifications Tableau Certified Architect / Looker Certified Expert is a plus. Experience with Python/R for data analysis . Knowledge of machine learning integration with BI tools .
