Job Description for Sales Manager/ Regional Manager ·        Building relationship with School Principals. ·       Approaching Grade A schools for student engagement activities for capturing leads. ·       Engaging with Consultants ·       Coordinate and manage the admissions process. ·       Participating in various education fairs. ·       Create and execute outreach strategies to attract potential students. ·        Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. ·       Maintaining MIS     Required Candidate profile: ·        Experience in the Education Industry. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Must have a strong network of premium school connections. ·        Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. ·        Familiarity with marketing and outreach strategies. ·        Able to interact with senior authorities in schools. ·        Open to travel Qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions). ·        3+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success. ·        Must have strong school connections in Rajasthan
