A Big4 Consulting firm is looking for (On a Contract) : Job Title: Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities:  P2P Process Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of a new P2P process, ensuring seamless integration of new tools into our existing technology landscape.  System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate systems such as SAP ECC, Ariba, and Medius, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  Global Process Design: Develop a global P2P process that meets the needs of stakeholders across Europe and other regions.  Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for implementing P2P systems, ensuring project delivery and alignment with business goals.  Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the P2P process design.  Automation Program: Drive the P2P automation program independently, setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting results to senior management.  Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for P2P processes in the shipping industry, providing insights and guidance.  Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the P2P function. Experience / Qualifications:  Experience: 12-15 years of experience in P2P process management, with a strong background in process flows in the context of system integration and process design.  Industry Knowledge: Deep functional knowledge of the logistics or shipping industry.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC, Ariba, Medius, and other P2P tools.  Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing P2P system implementations and working with vendors.  Global Experience: Experience working with international stakeholders and designing processes for a global organization.  Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programs independently and influence stakeholders.  Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.  Solutioning : Past experience in solution design for P2P processes is a must. Other requirements  Open to travel based on role requirements  Working in shifts aligned to Europe time zones  Techno functional mindset
