Project Description: CyberArk Privilege Access Management Operations Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving enterprise-wide privileged access security solutions. This role ensures that access management policies and controls are effectively implemented to mitigate security risks and meet compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and solutions. Implement security policies to safeguard critical systems and data. Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform regular audits and reviews of privileged access accounts. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance PAM governance and controls. Maintain documentation related to PAM operations, policies, and procedures. Support incident management and security investigations related to privileged access breaches. Provide guidance and training to end-users on PAM best practices. Mandatory Skills Description: 4+ years experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar. Strong knowledge of access management, authentication mechanisms, and identity governance. Experience in troubleshooting security access issues and conducting risk assessments. Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX. Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline PAM processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive security mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Experience with cloud-based PAM solutions and integrations. Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in relation to security. Exposure to privileged session management and recording tools. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or PAM-specific certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender/Guardian).
