Job Description

Job profile SAP Certification in relevant SuccessFactors modules (Mandatory). ⦁ 8+ years of experience in SAP HR IT solutions, with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations. ⦁ Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors. ⦁ Strong technical background, with the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize SAP HR solutions. ⦁ Expertise in SAP Payroll (ECP) and Time Management is highly preferred. ⦁ Experience in HR process transformation and aligning IT solutions with business goals. ⦁ Knowledge of HR Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard creation in SAP SuccessFactors. ⦁ Understanding of global HR compliance and payroll regulations Roles & Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Strategy & Implementation: ⦁ Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration. ⦁ Define HR IT strategy, roadmap, and best practices for optimizing HR processes using SAP solutions. ⦁ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, future-ready HR IT solutions. ⦁ Work on multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and ensure seamless execution. ⦁ Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. ⦁ Provide technical expertise in system configurations, integrations, and process enhancements. Technical and Integration Expertise ⦁ Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. ⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance. ⦁ Guide teams in handling data migration, reporting, and compliance
