SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPER / Designer / SENIOR MERCHANDISER for a Liaison office in Gurgaon. Giving design inputs, mood boards, new fabric developments in the market, doing dummy fits for the samples. IDEAL CANDIDATE / JOB SPECIFICATIONS: # Oversee the entire product development process from concept to production approval. # Monitor and track the progress of each style till approval for bulk production, ensuring alignment with brand requirements and production capabilities. # Ensure seamless coordination between design, technical teams, and production to achieve timely and high-quality product launches. # Working Closely with Home office and Supplier’s design teams to execute seasonal design collections. # Ensure design proposals are commercially viable, production-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s vision. # Manage the entire fitting cycle from initial prototype to production-ready approval. # Proficiency in technical specifications, and fitting evaluations. # Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into production-ready styles. # Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes. # Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. # Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Technology. # 9-13 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Buying or Liaison office.
