Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Art Production Manager to lead our manufacturing unit. This role involves managing production processes, coordinating with artists and craftsmen, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in art production, material knowledge, and manufacturing processes related to sculptures and creative furniture. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Production Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Allocate tasks efficiently among sculptors, artisans, and production staff. Optimize workflow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. ✅ Quality Control & Materials Management: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finishing. Source and manage materials such as metal, resin, fiberglass, wood, and stone. Conduct quality checks at various production stages. ✅ Team & Vendor Management: Supervise artisans, welders, painters, and other craftsmen. Hire and train production staff as needed. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials and outsourcing needs. ✅ Cost & Budget Management: Optimize production costs without compromising quality. Monitor inventory and minimize material wastage. Ensure projects stay within budget. ✅ Process Improvement & Innovation: Implement new techniques to enhance production quality and efficiency. Explore innovative materials and fabrication processes. Introduce automation where applicable. ✅ Client Coordination & Custom Orders: Work closely with designers and clients to meet custom project requirements. Ensure design feasibility while maintaining artistic integrity.
