Job Description

Job Purpose: Monitoring Process metrics for respective unit in Working Capital segment, also initiating new process changes for the said loans, Supporting the Risk Team/Product Team in identifying and addressing areas of process improvement for better risk management/Customer engagement. Raising system enhancements for faster processing of applications and transactions and implementing system driven process checks. Jointly conducting the system testing with other stake holders before implementations. Ensure standardized processes with necessary customizations and changes from time to time. Organize and involve in trainings to credit team on system changes and process aspects. Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Process documentation to ensure accurate implementation of the Credit policy To synchronize with the Business & Policy Team to implement efficient processes & systems to increase business with policy adherence. Drive down cost of processing Modifications/ Enhancements to the systems, to improve efficiency. Reduction in wastage during loan processing Identifying & Monitoring Non-compliances in processes to enable Cost Savings & reduced wastages Meeting of management objectives in the form of number metrics set for the year and demonstrate continuous improvements in the metrics Publishing weekly and monthly reports as per objectives Publish reports as per timelines set Maintain trend lines for all monitored metrics Educating locations on methodology and solving queries Driving improvements in the National numbers for all metrics Data Entry errors to remain within benchmarks prescribed Data Quality / Accuracy Publishing & monitoring data Error for All products. To monitor Data Error does not cross 5% Achievement of Decision TAT TAT & TAT related MIS Decision TAT publishing & monitoring WIP cases /Publishing Pending MIS including FTNR MIS Monitoring & Controlling rework in Credit & Sales Tracking various process matrix like approval rates, CPV waivers, Costs, Productivity, TAT 4. Constant interaction with line credit team on all the above, and handholding with new process rollout and resolving queries Educational Qualifications Key Skills MBA – Finance / CA. Good Data analysis skills – Proficiency in Excel Good Presentation & articulation skills – Proficiency in Power point Eye for Detail Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for project delivery within time-lines Good financial analysis skills Experience Required Min 2 year of experience in Line Underwriting function in Retail Assets/SME/Wholesale Credit Preferred Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties) Internal Relationships required for execution in this role involve interaction with: SME/Wholesale Policy team – Product Risk managers for Secured Loans SME/Wholesale Banking Operations – CPU and Branch Process / Control Unit Product management team – Product Heads for Secured Loans and product managers in the various roles within product team Retail Credit Line teams – RCMs, ACMs managing Secured products Central CIC Team External Specific vendor interactions for any central level projects taken up and outsourced to vendors
