Our mission is to make quality early childhood education accessible, fostering growth and creativity for all.We are looking for a Product Manager who can help us build and optimize digital products that enhance the preschool experience for our children, parents, and franchise partners. This role is central to aligning business goals with user needs and driving innovation in the education domain.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision:Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with Makoons’ vision.Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable digital products.Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with departments including Academics, Admissions, Marketing, IT, and Operations.Work closely with designers, developers, and senior leadership to deliver impactful solutions.Execution & Delivery:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products—discovery, planning, development, launch, and iteration.Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.User-Centered Design:Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and track product usage to make informed decisions.Ensure all digital touchpoints (apps, ERP, websites) are intuitive, efficient, and engaging.Data-Driven Insights:Define KPIs and measure the performance of product features.Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to evaluate product success.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or related field.3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet companies.Strong understanding of UI/UX, product development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, and wireframing/prototyping software.
