The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the budgeting process, conducting variance analysis.Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial health & stability.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models to optimize the company's financial performance.Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost control and profitability initiatives.Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and financial planning.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for business growth and profitability.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.Qualifications and Skills:MBA in Finance with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial software and tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
