Recognized as a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years, we foster a positive work environment.Job Overview:The Manager – Channel Marketing will play a critical role in supporting sales channels and other distribution partners, through strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving marketing activities, activations, and engagement across India. A key focus of this position is to develop and implement regional marketing strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments while maintaining brand consistency.Key Responsibilities: 1) Channel Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales teams (agency, and other channels) to understand their objectives and provide tailored marketing support to drive sales and engagement.Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the goals of various sales channels to maximize effectiveness.2) Regional Marketing:Lead regional marketing initiatives to ensure effective brand presence and customer engagement across different markets in India.Design and execute region-specific campaigns and activations, considering local market dynamics and customer preferences.Work closely with regional sales leaders to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented at the grassroots level.3) Campaign Planning and Execution:Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create and deploy marketing collateral across multiple channels, including digital and offline platforms.Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.4) Activation and Engagement:Design and implement on-ground activations and engagement programs to drive lead generation and enhance customer experience.Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and other engagement activities to support channel partners.5. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors for successful execution of marketing campaigns and events.Act as the key liaison between marketing and sales channels to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.Utilize customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and achieve better engagement.Qualifications & Experience: PGDM/MBA in Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 7+ years in channel marketing, sales support, or strategic campaign management, preferably in the financial services industry.Female Candidates Preferred.
