Backed by experienced founders and industry veterans, we are on a mission to revolutionize the dating experience.As our Founding Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our platform from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, beautiful, and emotionally engaging experiences that resonate with a global audience.What You’ll Do:Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept to execution.Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and marketers to define and implement our product vision.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both mobile and web platforms.Design interactions that feel natural, seamless, and fun for users worldwide.Conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Stay ahead of design trends and dating app UX best practices to create a world-class experience.What We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in product design, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps.A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with a strong emphasis on mobile UX/UI.Deep understanding of human psychology and emotional design principles.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals.Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design decisions.A passion for social connection, relationships, and the future of online dating.Nice to Have:Prior experience designing for dating or social networking apps.Motion design or animation skills to bring interactions to life.Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to better collaborate with engineers.Experience working with AI-powered UX or personalization algorithms.
