We believe every space tells a story, and our team of visionary designers is committed to bringing that story to life—through thoughtful details, exceptional craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Client AcquisitionIdentify, qualify, and convert leads to drive business growth.Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth clients to generate project opportunities.Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and emerging trends.Sales Strategy & Business GrowthSet and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company’s revenue goals.Develop tailored sales pitches and presentations to showcase Chalk Studio’s portfolio and expertise.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines with prospective clients.Pipeline & CRM ManagementTrack and manage client interactions, follow-ups, and project negotiations using CRM tools.Maintain detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for new clients, understanding their design requirements and offering tailored solutions.Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand the company’s market presence.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong business acumen and ability to meet revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships.Knowledge of the interior design or luxury home industry is preferred.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or luxury sectors.Why Join Chalk Studio?At Chalk Studio, you’ll be part of a creative and high-growth environment, working with some of the most prestigious interior projects in the country.
