The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management with expertise in handling enterprise service-based projects and startup environments.Education: MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute and Product based companies.What We’re Looking For:✅ 10-12 years of experience in program management, including 4+ years in enterprise service-based companies and 4+ years in startup environments✅ MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute✅ Proven expertise in sprint planning, dependency prioritization, and outcome-driven project execution✅ Strong analytical skills to track sprint metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive efficiency✅ Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional dependencies, ensuring visibility, and aligning stakeholders✅ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in Jira, Asana, and other project management tools✅ Ability to optimize workflows, set efficiency metrics, and ensure structured executionNice to Have:Data analysis & reporting (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with Slack, Confluence, AWS, Azure, and DevOps principlesStrong risk assessment & stakeholder alignment skillsIf you’re ready to take on a leadership role and thrive in a dynamic startup environment, share your profile at gautam@ or DM for more details.
