As a Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating and executing social strategies that connect with audiences and drive results. If you have a knack for managing diverse campaigns, building communities, and delivering performance, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals.Stay ahead of trends to ensure brands remain relevant and engaging across platforms.Campaign Planning & Execution:Oversee end-to-end campaign development, from ideation and content planning to execution and reporting.Manage multi-platform calendars to ensure timely and seamless delivery.Content Supervision:Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.Review and refine content to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging.Community Management & ORM:Monitor and engage with online communities to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.Track and address customer feedback or escalations to maintain a positive reputation.Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyse, and interpret social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness.Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations for optimisation.Team Leadership:Lead a team of social media associates and interns, providing mentorship and guidance.Foster collaboration and align team efforts with overarching project objectives.Client Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting strategies, reports, and results.Build strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.Requirements:Experience & Expertise:3-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, lifestyle, or travel sectors.Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprinkler, Buffer, or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta, Google Analytics, Sprinkler, or similar).Creativity & Strategy:Ability to think creatively and align innovative ideas with strategic goals.Deep understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices.Communication & Leadership:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.Mindset & Availability:A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.Flexibility to travel for client meetings, shoots, or team catch-ups as needed.What We’re Looking For:A strong portfolio of past campaigns showcasing strategic and creative excellence.Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Passion for storytelling and building communities through digital platforms.What We Offer:A collaborative remote working environment with access to talent and projects globally.Opportunities to lead campaigns for high-profile clients.A collaborative team culture focused on growth and innovation.Competitive salary and global growth potential.Ready to Lead the Charge?If this sounds like your next adventure, send your CV, portfolio, and a brief note about your favourite social campaign (and why!) to hr@
