We enable dental clinics in the US to focus on providing the best dental care to patients while we take care of their necessary back-office revenue cycle management work. We are seeking experienced dental insurance verifiers to join our team.Responsibilities:Complete all assigned dental verifications and dental breakdown calls to insurance companies with 100% accuracy within 15 minutes of the clinic’s request.Input all coverage percentages, maximums, and deductibles accurately into the clinic’s practice management software.Input the patient’s correct remaining maximums and deductibles accurately into the clinic’s practice management software.Input the patient’s insurance history and plan details accurately into the clinic’s practice management software.Verify that all insurance data in the client’s software is accurate.Requirements & Preferences:Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is strongly preferred.Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.). Please specify which software(s) you have experience within your application.Excellent attention to detail and ability to process tasks quickly and accurately.Strong communication and organizational skills.
