Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Sales representatives, setting clear targets and expectations to drive sales performance. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring the growth of brand presence in key retail channels, beauty salons, and e-commerce platforms. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and industry influencers. Serve as the point of contact for any sales inquiries or support. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent alignment with brand objectives and market trends. Product Knowledge & Training: Provide in-depth product knowledge training to the sales team and retail staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell the brand effectively. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and compile sales reports to present to upper management. Provide feedback on market needs, competitor activity, and product performance. Merchandising & Displays: Oversee in-store visual merchandising and product placement to ensure optimal brand visibility and alignment with marketing campaigns. Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Collect and address customer feedback to improve product offerings and the overall customer experience. Resolve any sales-related issues promptly and professionally. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for your area, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for events, promotions, and sales initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in beauty sales, color cosmetics, or a similar retail environment with a focus on operations and sales performance. Skills: Strong knowledge of color cosmetics products, application techniques, and beauty trends. Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets within a retail or beauty environment. Strong organizational and operational skills to oversee regional store performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and motivate a team to meet Goals.
