Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Sales Manager specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) solutions to lead our sales department. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to create and nurture new customer relationships, strong techno-commercial knowledge, and proven success in team management. Key Responsibilities: Ability to develop and execute national channel sales policy for UPS segment Expertise in developing and managing Distributors, Dealers and Value Added Resellers for UPS segment Deep understanding of channel distribution models for UPS segment Experience of leading large Sales team of Channel Sales across multiple regions for UPS segment Ability to train and develop Sales team members and Channel Partners for UPS segment Ability to resolve Channel conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among all Partners Have implemented Marketing Campaigns along with Channel Partners in different territories Qualifications: B.E./B. Tech. - Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics/ Electrical 8 to 12 years of experience in UPS or other relevant product sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals. Strong techno-commercial knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits. Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing sales professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities across India.
