The Search Engine Optimization Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the strategy for search engine optimization campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and execute SEO campaigns, analyzing and reporting SEO performance data, and engaging in competitive research to identify growth opportunities. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials Should be able to hit the monthly targets on organic sales and organic traffic Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance Complete ownership for on-page and off-page SEO for Light Up BeautyQualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs Capability to create large number of back links and acheive targets for organic sales, organic traffic Ability to develop, execute, and manage successful SEO campaigns Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword research Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on SEO performance data Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong communication and project management skills Experience with e-commerce SEO is a plus Experience with skincare SEO is a plus
