Key Responsibilities:Design Creation: Develop visually engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and packaging. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectivesCreative Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design projects. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to deliver cohesive campaigns.Brand Management:Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity by creating style guides, templates, and design frameworks. Ensure consistency in design across all communication channels.Qualifications and Skills:Experience:2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma or other design tools.
