Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:- Manage the DDB Mudra Group recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to source, interview and short list potential candidates for active positions. - Deliver an integrated talent acquisition solution that draws upon multiple sourcing channels to deliver the best solution. - Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and targeting interviewing techniques. - Pro-actively interview talent, working closely with key hiring managers to keep abreast of relevant talent in the industry. - Managing the entire life cycle of the employee from joining to exit - Working on HR reports & welfare activities - Liaise with the LLC Lead on a regular basis and provide HR and admin support where needed across HR/Talent initiatives. - Work along with Business Heads for proper alignment of HR functionsA little bit about you…- Have years of proven experience within an agency or an internal capacity. - An in-depth knowledge of advertising agency roles is beneficial, including experience recruiting creative, account management, as well as digital, tech and social roles. - 4-6 Years of experience in advertising agency - Excellent communication skills
