Job Responsibilities:Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging topics to identify compelling conference topics.Develop comprehensive conference agendas with session topics that address current industry challenges and opportunities.Develop session formats, panel discussions, and keynote topics that encourage knowledge-sharing and engagement.Build relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and key stakeholders to secure top-tier speakers.Engage with the speakers to shape session content and ensure alignment with conference objectives.Collaborate with marketing teams to position and promote conference content effectively.Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the content program.Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve content quality.Monitor industry developments and competitor events to identify new opportunities for content and speaker acquisition.Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in conference production, content development, or a related role. - Strong research and analytical skills to identify key industry trends and topics. - Proven ability to secure high-profile speakers and build industry networks. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for speaker outreach and content development. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations. - Knowledge of event technology platforms and virtual/hybrid event formats is a plus.
