HR Staffing Specialist – Contractual Hiring Location:Faridabad Job Type:Full-time / ContractAbout the Role: We are seeking an experiencedHR Staffing Specialistto manage and overseecontractual hiringneeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding contract employees across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding oftemporary/contractual workforce hiring, compliance regulations, and vendor management . Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle forcontractual positions , fromjob posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection . Talent Sourcing : Identify and engage with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Client & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth staffing solutions. Vendor & MSP Coordination : Work with staffing vendors andManaged Service Providers (MSPs)to meet hiring requirements. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all contractual employees comply withlegal, HR, and company policies , including background verification, contract management, and payroll coordination. Offer & Onboarding : Facilitate offer discussions, contract negotiations, and seamless onboarding for contract employees. Employee Engagement & Retention : Manage employee queries, engagement activities, and retention strategies for contractual staff. Market Trends & Insights : Keep track of hiring trends, competitor analysis, and workforce planning strategies to enhance recruitment processes. Key Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Experience :[2+] yearsof experience incontractual/temporary staffingwithin a staffing agency or corporate environment. Industry Expertise : Experience in hiring for IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or any other relevant industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency inApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS, and job portalslike Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills : Ability to liaise with clients, candidates, and vendors effectively. Understanding of Compliance & Labor Laws : Knowledge ofcontract staffing regulations, payroll management, and labor laws
