Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Excellence Associate. He/ She will be responsible for providing support to clients in their journey towards business turnaround and performance transformation. The day-to-day tasks include conducting research & and assessments, analyzing data, developing strategies, implementing solutions, and providing project management support. Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech and MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes Work experience between 1 to 5 years is sufficient (5+ years of work experience candidates - Do not apply) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills with good working knowledge of software like MS-PPT/ Excel, etc. Work experience having demonstrated improvement projects/ results in OEE/ Quality/ Delivery/ Cost improvements/ Lean improvements in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive is a plus Good working knowledge/ Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and other methodologies/ tools and techniques Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage projects, coordinate with large teams to get things done & knowledge of Project Management Ability to work in a team environment Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach Willingness to work on shop floor initiatives; willingness to travel and work in remote locations Experience in consulting, business analysis, or related field is a plus Typical work activities: The day-to‐day activities would be essentially entrepreneurial in nature and project‐based. Projects can vary in length depending on the kind of change involved and the demands of the client. The team would typically comprise 2-3 members (Consultants & Engagement Manager). He/ she should be willing to operate in different places depending on the location of the client.
