Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources. Forecasting: Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs and align the workforce with business demands. Planning: Develop and implement capacity plans to ensure that production resources meet demand while minimizing bottlenecks. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on workforce metrics, such as attendance, productivity, and adherence to schedules. Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance workforce efficiency. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies related to workforce management.
