The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, coordinating placement drives, and ensuring successful student job placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and other potential employers. Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling. Track and report placement outcomes and industry trends. Collaborate with academic teams to align training with industry requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or a related field. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work independently and meet placement targets. Knowledge of the healthcare and allied health industry is a plus.
