Key Responsibilities: (HOTEL EXPERINCE IS MANDATORY) Handle room bookings and reservations efficiently using Opera software. Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports to track reservations and revenue. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reservation records in Opera. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or other channels regarding room availability, rates, and services. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for group bookings and special requests. Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue. Process modifications, cancellations, and amendments to reservations promptly. Required Skills: Proficiency in Opera software for reservations management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for generating and analyzing MIS reports. Excellent communication skills for handling guest inquiries professionally. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and reports. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
