The Parent Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with parents, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the school's services. Additional responsibilities include organizing parent-teacher meetings, coordinating school events, and providing regular updates on student progress. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service or relationship management Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrative staff Familiarity with educational systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
