As an Employee Experience Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a people-first culture that fosters engagement, belonging, and excitement. You’ll design and execute high-impact engagement programs, facilitate seamless internal communication, and create unforgettable experiences—both virtual and in-person. Responsibilities Design and implement innovative engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture in a remote-first environment, ensuring employees feel connected, valued, and inspired. Organize and execute both in-person and virtual events , including company meetups, awards, and cultural celebrations, across multiple locations in India while ensuring seamless planning and execution. Develop compelling internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged, ensuring a strong connection between teams and leadership. Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions, analyzing insights to refine engagement strategies and improve the overall employee experience. Lead the execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and wellness programs , ensuring initiatives that foster inclusivity, belonging, and well-being across the organization. Plan, coordinate, and execute 16+ high-impact events annually while maintaining a lean budget, bringing creativity and resourcefulness to deliver impactful experiences beyond what money can buy. Collaborate closely with HRBPs, admin, IT, and function heads to drive engagement initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and enhance understanding between teams. Qualifications And Prerequisites Top-notch verbal and written English communication skills 5-8 years of experience in Employee Experience, People Engagement, HR Communications, or Event Management. Proven expertise in event planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong customer-first approach, emotional maturity, and a problem-solving mindset. Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently. Ability to engage remote teams and drive participation in virtual events. Background in marketing, internal comms, or L&D is a plus. Experience working with employee engagement tools like Amber or running engagement surveys is a plus.
