Position: Senior Manager. Reporting To : Head - National Distributor Alliances. Department : Sales. Location: Mumbai (BKC). Job Responsibilities: Co-ordination, communication and relationship building with Banks, National distributors. To get product approved in their system on monthly/quarterly basis. Co-ordination with the distributors for the events and presentations for the growth of the business. To develop, design new contests and schemes to encourage sales with Banks, National Distributors and IFA’s. (Individual Financial Agents) To conduct presentations, conference calls with fund management team and the distribution To track the competitors’ strategies and products and take necessary action to tackle competition. Give overall Market feedback and distributors suggestion. Track sales MIS, AUM and folio movement of distributors and ensure growth of the same. Discuss the sales MIS with the distributors and form the strategy. Independently engage with the top management/ decision makers of prospective and existing clients. Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill. Job Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Sales specifically in Mutual Funds. NISM VA and NISM XXIA is Mandatory. Post Graduation is preferred. Excellent Communication skills.
