Job Title

Job Purpose - To develop and manage the assigned region(Andharpradesh&Telengana) so as to ensure regional targets / goals are achieved as per the set standards and plans. Job Profile- To perform a set of responsibilities which enables assigned region / zone to achieve the desired business results through revenue generation, customer acquisition, effective customer service, credit control & collection and people management. Planning and executingbusiness growth, operations, finance & accounts,general administration and people related processes in the region / zone as per the set standards & guidelines. With regards to business growth, identify potential customers, acquire customers, manage & satisfy existing customers, build relationship with existing & potential customer. With regardsto operations, to enable and ensure a business environment where there is smooth / hassle free operations or execution of business. With regards to finance & accounts, manage the region’s cost effectively, ensure profitability, control credit, ensure collection on time andhandle issues & escalations. With regards to general administration manage region’s Infrastructure and ensure effective people processes. While managing people you need to focus on building a strong team, motivating employees, setting good examples, encouraging employees to perform, ensuring high productivity and quality recruitment. Also review & monitor regional, branches’, departments’, teams’ and various employees’ performance on regular basis and devise proper action plan in case of deviations.
