Contracts and Agreements: Oversee the drafting, negotiation and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Provide legal guidance on contractual matters to different departments. Drafting and vetting bye-laws or any amendments before submission to the Authority for approval. Vetting legal documents related to cross-border arrangements proposed by the MII.
