POSITION : Project Manager FUNCTION : Technology REPORTING TO : Program Manager LOCATION : GURGAON Company Overview: Ferns N Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have over 400 outlets all over India, delivering across 500+ cities. We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Malaysia & Indonesia with further plans of quick expansion. Job Summary: This position is for the Ecommerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, FNP Singapore (, fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively). The hire in this position will be a part of the core technology team participating in the continuous evolution of FNP resulting in systems on the bleeding edge of technology. We are looking for a Project Manager who possesses a passion working with multiple teams and result oriented delivery. As a Project manager your success will be defined by the success of the project outsourced to partner teams. Key Responsibilities: Meet project deadlines from partner and inhouse team. Liaison with partner team PMO, implementation teams and in-house business users and FNP stakeholders. Responsible for managing timelines as per the WBS and milestones responsible for managing the overall project cost. Responsible for managing the overall risk. Responsible for status updates to stakeholders on the project status responsible for continuous improvement to the SDLC, Agile and Scrum processes. Responsible for ensuring the documentation (for developers and end users) of the project as required. Review and validate the WBS with time sheets from partner and in-house teams. Weekly and phase wise project updates to stakeholders. Manage all dependencies from FNP towards vendors in a timely manner. Participate in the recruitment activities. Coordinate with partner PMO. Highlight risk and mitigation plans. Highlight increase in project cost. Manage invoices from the partner team. Optimization ideas for overall project execution. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in handling projects independently for a minimum of 8 years. Should have working experience as a Project Manager. Should have worked in projects involving vendor partner relationships. Good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence other equivalent tools is a must. Well versed with project management documentation and reports. Should have handled a team of min 25 members. Should have at least 3 years of experience as a developer. Understanding the concept of online Ecommerce / Classified. Critical thinking and problem solving. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities. Conflict resolution experience. Good communications skills, with customers/partners, team and stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Must possess critical thinking skills in addition to good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assume the perspective of customers and their users and serve them. Ability to understand and adopt dynamic Business and Technical priorities. Ability to align with organisational and functional vision, mission and values.
