Role Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician to join our team. with in-depth knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining DJI drones. This role involves working closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure that drones are in optimal condition for performance. Drone Maintenance and Repair: - Inspect, diagnose, and repair drones and related components. - Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal drone performance. - Replace or repair defective parts, such as motors, propellers, and cameras. 2. Assembly and Calibration: - Assemble new drones and calibrate them for specific operations. - Configure flight controllers and other systems as per requirements. 3. Technical Troubleshooting: - Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or firmware. - Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to troubleshoot performance issues. 4. Documentation: - Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and upgrades. - Create and update technical manuals or service reports as needed. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Test repaired or newly assembled drones to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards. 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to understand requirements. - Provide technical support during drone operations, as needed.
